RS polls: BJP and Congress win one seat each in Jharkhand after late night drama

RANCHI: BJP and Congress both managed to win one seat every in the biennial elections to the council of states, results of that have been declared after a midnight drama and objections filed by way of both BJP and Congress with the election commission of India.
