Hubballi: The tone of chief minister Siddarmaiah’s speech has modified now as he is terrified of the BJP’s growing fortify, stated leader of opposition within the Assembly Jagadish Shettar.
Addressing the collection at Navashakti Samavesha, a Hubballi-Dharwad Central meeting constituency booth-level BJP staff’ meet at Gokul Garden here on Sunday, Shettar stated: “A couple of days back, Siddaramaiah used to mention that he would become the CM again. Now, he is saying that if he turns into the CM or no longer, he would no longer let BJP come to energy again,” Shettar stated, terming the CM’s statement “not anything, however frustration”.

The former CM stated that Siddaramaiah has realized now that the Congress won't retain energy. Shettar accused the Congress govt of spending crores of cash on commercials. “The water assets division is giving commercials wherein it's claiming that several irrigation projects and consuming water projects are taken up. A senior respectable within the division instructed me that the dept has spent Rs 150 crore on commercials in the previous couple of days. The issues of the folks would were solved had the money been used to assist the folks,” he stated.


Shettar also alleged that the water board has submitted a proposal of Rs 24 crore for providing 24x7 water provide to the twin towns. “The govt has no longer approved the proposal, let on my own liberating the funds. Instead of spending Rs 150 crore on commercials, the government should have allocated Rs 24 crore for providing water provide to the city. District minister Vinay Kulkarni may be no longer in regards to the consuming water drawback,” he stated.
