COIMBATORE: Bharathiar University syndicate assembly will likely be held on the second one week of May. The date was mounted at the vice-chancellor’s meet held in Chennai on Friday, a supply informed TOI.
“It might not be a distinct assembly, however an ordinary meet held each two weeks,” the supply said. However, the meet comes amid the brand new controversy surrounding the university, making it important.
A video showing professor and head of the Tamil division D Gnanasekaran receiving money allegedly from an assistant professor aspirant had long past viral on social media on April 23.
