AHMEDABAD: Raees Khan, a former affiliate of social employee Teesta Setalvad has lodged a criticism with city crime branch concerning the alleged fraudulent method wherein Setalvad’s Sabrang Trust were given finances for from the Union ministry of human resource development (MHRD) between 2010 and 2013.
