AHMEDABAD : The Central Board for Secondary Education will on Monday announce the result of the Joint Entrance Exam (JEE) Main 2018.
The IIT-JEE Main 2018 consequence will be declared at the professional consequence portal: effects.nic.in.
The JEE Main examination offline mode was carried out on April eight while the checks for online mode had been carried out on April 15 and 16, 2018.
The offline examination was held in 104 cities across 1,613 centres across the country and in eight centres in as many countries in a foreign country.
Students who transparent the JEE will be capable of get admission in Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs) and other best engineering institutes. In Gujarat, JEE is important to use to Institute of Technology, Nirma University; PDPU; and DAIICT amongst others.
Over 12,000 students from Gujarat had taken the JEE Main, hung on April eight. JEE was previous mandatory in Gujarat for admission to all engineering faculties. But in 2016, the state executive re-introduced the Gujarat Common Entrance Test (GujCET) because of which fewer students are taking the JEE. Sources said that previous 60,000-odd students tried the JEE from the state; the quantity has now diminished to simply 12,000.
The examination for JEE Advanced 2018 will be hung on May 20, 2018 for that the registration process will start from May 2, 2018.
