NIT's nukkad natak highlights social issues

A lately organised nukkad natak (street play) organised by the students of National Institute of Technology, Raipur highlighted issues of rape, sexual abuse and crime in opposition to girls. The street play was once organised by the students of the school as a part of their college festival. Though, it the play was once held on campus, it had a blended crowd of children from other colleges and scholars from the institute. As a part of the nukad natak, 5 plays had been staged by the students taking on problems like crime in opposition to girls and sexual abuse. The students designed the props for the play and depicted each and every story with fineness. It was once also heartening to look kids enjoying and cheering for the actors who so finely portrayed each and every character.
