NOIDA: Four citizens and security guards deployed at a high-rise society in Noida Sector 74 have been booked for allegedly thrashing a canine to death.
Police lodged a case after a complaint was once filed via People For Animals activist Pragati Khanna, a resident of Mayur Vihar.
