Ten Congress contributors of Berhampur Municipal Corporation (BeMC) resigned from the primary club of the celebration on Saturday. They are most probably to enroll in BJD, experiences Hrusikesh Mohanty.
The Congress now has one corporator within the 40-ward BeMC.
Those who resigned from the celebration are Priyanka Choudhury (ward three), Anil Kumar Nayak (ward four), R Murali Mohan (ward 5), Ranjit Nayak (ward 6), Lili Behera (ward 20), Gita Madhei (ward 21), Sanjukta Patra (ward 29), M Minakhi (ward 33), B Srinibash Rao (ward 34) and Minati Bisoi (ward 40).
