GURUGRAM: Around 27,000 folks in Gurugram are likely to obtain monetary support for construction their properties under the centrally sponsored Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana.
If MCG officials are to be believed, the state govt has already authorized their programs and forwarded detail undertaking stories (DPRs) to the central govt for the overall approval and finances. A loan of as much as Rs 6 lakh will be given at a sponsored rate of interest of 2.5 %; between Rs 6 lakh and 9 lakh will be given at 5% and a loan of Rs 9 lakh-Rs12 lakh will be given at 6%.
While MCG is the coordinating company, properties will be developed through Haryana Housing Board, at the side of Huda and HSIIDC. A construction corporate will be appointed for the undertaking and the housing board will fail to remember the process of construction, stated an official.
