KOCHI: Six other people were admitted to hospitals in Kozhikode on Monday with suspected symptoms of the Nipah virus, which has claimed 13 lives in the state up to now.
However, none of the instances had been showed. Health officers have prepared a list of 908 individuals who have come into touch with those who reduced in size the virus and are monitoring them.
Health minister KK Shailaja, who chaired a high-level meeting at the district collectorate, said, “The Nipah virus infection is now underneath regulate.”
