Coimbatore: At a time when the state government is making plans to both close or merge government and government-aided colleges due to low student enrolment, non-public colleges in the state have gained over 90,000 applications from students of weaker section of society for admission beneath the 25% reservation of proper to training (RTE) Act for the brand new instructional 12 months.
The number of candidates has higher drastically when compared to the previous years.
