ALLAHABAD: A day after Bharatiya Janta Party (BJP) corporator Pawan Kesari used to be shot useless by means of two unidentified motorcycle-borne miscreants, Phulpur the city remained stressful and safety used to be beefed up within the area by means of deploying additional drive on Wednesday.
The 35-year-old corporator from Phulpur Nagar Panchayat used to be a close aide of deputy chief minister Keshav Prasad Maurya.

Many markets in Phulpur the city remained closed as a mark of protest towards the killing and local BJP leaders demanded that police nab the miscerants at the earliest.
ADG (Allahabad zone) SN Sabat said, “We have constituted 3 police teams to probe the case. The exact purpose at the back of the killing is yet to be ascertained but the police are working on two angles including an outdated competition.”
“Adequate police forces, including group of workers of RAF and PAC, were deployed in Phulpur to deal with law and order. The cremation used to be carried out at Daraganj ghat in Allahabad amid tight safety preparations” he added.
Sabat also said that Kesari used to be shot useless when he used to be on his way back to Lochanganj after visiting a dhaba positioned at Seikhpur Taqia village along side a chum Arif.
While he used to be on his means, two unidentified armed and masked miscreants intercepted them and sprayed them with bullets. Both Keshari Arif sustained gunshot wounds.
Police said the corporator used to be first taken to a close-by health center the place medical doctors later referred him to Swaroop Rani Nehru Hospital. However, medical doctors at SRN Hospital declared him introduced useless.
Arif used to be also admitted at a health center the place he is undergoing treatment.
Kesari’s post mortem used to be carried out overdue Tuesday night and the body used to be first despatched to his local village after which introduced at Daraganj for the final rites.
The Phulpur police have detained over a dozen persons for interrogation.
