JORHAT: A financial institution legit in Assam's Jorhat town was once arrested on Monday morning for allegedly masturbating outside a ladies' hostel located within the Cholodhara house.
The man, identified as Samrit Kumar Das (35), has already confessed to his crime, police mentioned. Das, an assistant manager of Vijaya Bank's Golaghat branch, had allegedly indulged within the act in front of the Binapani Girls' Hostel several occasions within the closing 12 months. "We arrested the accused from Pulibor on NH-37 at 4 am when he was trying to flee to Guwahati in a car. " Hemen mentioned.
