Bengaluru boy enters global Olympiad

BENGALURU: Ramchandra Kishor Apte, a house schooled boy from town, is likely one of the 4 Indian scholars to represent the country in the International Olympiad in Informatics (IOI) 2018, to be held in Tsukuba, Japan, in September.


Apte is in Class 11, as in line with any college usual and studies as in line with the syllabus provided by Maniram Home School. He takes tuitions in Hindi and piano classes, however studies science and maths at house.


“I learn about for five to six hours day by day and installed two more hours all the way through Olympiads. I've also participated in the American Mathematical Competition,” he stated.


The 4 scholars have been decided on on the IOI training camp held at Chennai Mathematical Institute between April 30 and May nine.
