Bathinda: Concerned over quite a few scholars complaining of headaches after taking the measles rubella (MR) vaccination, a crew from the Centre visited Bathinda on Tuesday. The crew comprising WHO sub-regional coordinator S Srinivasan and Union health ministry consultant Dr Gomti visited two wards of the Bathinda civil health facility to gather information about issues faced by means of the youngsters post-vaccination.
The immunisation authorities from Punjab additionally collected samples of vaccines and syringes to be examined at Central Research Institute (CRI), Kasauli. The cultures (blood samples) of students were additionally collected to check whether those are virus caused or vaccination caused.
