TUTICORIN: Blaming "anti-social elements" for turning the silent protest against Sterlite into violent agitation on May 22, which resulted in the killing of 13 individuals in the resulting police firing, actor Rajinikanth on Wednesday lauded the facility of former chief minister Jayalalithaa to regulate such unrest “with an iron hand”.
