GURUGRAM: A 40-year-old deaf and mute man suffered critical accidents in his legs and arms after a stray dog attacked him in Kendriya Vihar on Saturday.
Ashish Bhartia, a resident of Block C, was rescued through neighbours after they discovered him lying at the blood-strewn touchdown being mauled through a dog. His circle of relatives has lodged a criticism with Sector 56 police station, MCG and Kendriya Vihar RWA.
