KALYAN: First time Shiv Sena corporator Vinita Rane used to be elected the 13th mayor of Kalyan-Dombivli Municipal Corporation, while BJP's Apeksha Bhoir used to be elected unopposed to the publish of deputy mayor right here on Wednesday.
