Noida: The citizens of at least two residences of Prateek crew, who moved into these flats three to 4 years ago, have demanded that the builder hand over the upkeep of the flats to the association formed by them.
The citizens also complained concerning the top upkeep price of Rs 3 per sq.feet plus GST, which they allege, is much upper than different condo complexes of similar size and facility.
The two Prateek crew residences the place citizens have made the demands are Prateek Wisteria in Sector 77 and Prateek Stylome in Sector 45. The upkeep obligations for Prateek Laurel in Sector 120 has already been handed over to the AOA, claimed the builder.
“We call for the builder to handover the price range deposited at the time of condo allocation pertained to upkeep, and then we need to take over the upkeep of the residences ourselves,” Nisha Rai, secretary, Prateek Wisteria, told TOI. The citizens also complained concerning the erratic power being provided to Wisteria. Wisteria used to be bought between 2009-10 and handed over fully by 2015. It has 1,800 residences.
Commenting on the demands of the patrons, SK Mittal, president, Prateek crew said, “We are ready at hand over the upkeep of Wisteria as soon as a proper contract is created and a felony handover procedure is formulated.”
A similar call for has also been made by the citizens of Prateek Stylome at Sector 45 the place citizens declare that they have already approached the builder for upkeep handover.
“We have already handed over the upkeep obligations at Prateek Laurel. We are ready at hand over the same for Wisteria but at Stylome the process may nonetheless take a while,” Mittal added.
