NEW DELHI: The Rajouri Garden marketplace is going to be the next major industrial status quo within the city to stand the warmth of the sealing force.
The tracking committee appointed through the Supreme Court has directed the west zone of South Delhi Municipal Corporation to start up action at the marketplace as it is 100% commercialised, even though the street has not been notified under the similar category within the 2021 master plan.
After assembly the committee on Wednesday, a senior reliable of the company told TOI that they'd start up the process soon and notices could be issued to the traders for a similar previous to the sealing force.
However, the traders’ association identified that the street was once yet to be notified under the economic or mixed land category within the master plan as the stretch was once a part of the 351 roads to be notified for mixed-land use through the government.

Khanna mentioned the committee and the company will have to watch for the Supreme Court order as the Delhi govt had already submitted the proposal for notification of those 351 roads, which come with Rajouri Garden. “We are willing to abide through the regulation but it surely will have to be completed in a correct method. There isn't any level of dashing the sealing action ahead of the apex court issues any route,” he added.
Khanna additionally claimed that company officials had confident them that the sealing action could be initiated simplest after the court’s order.
