Ratnagiri: CM inaugurates new LNG terminal

MUMBAI: Chief minister Devendra Fadnavis inaugurated India’s first Floating Storage Re-gasification Unit (FSRU)-based terminal at JSW Jaigarh Port in Ratnagiri district.


The LNG terminal will supply clean, safe and affordable herbal gasoline. H-Energy Gateway Private Ltd's (the power mission of Hiranandani Group) LNG Terminal is also anticipated to very much receive advantages the state by way of providing clean fuel for transportation and home use.


According to a media release issued by way of H-Energy Pvt Ltd, the LNG terminal will be offering garage, re-gasification, re-loading, fuel bunkering and truck loading facilities to cater to the rising power demand of Indian industries. When operational, the re-gasified LNG shall be supplied to consumers via a 60-km tie-in pipeline attached to national gasoline grids at Dabhol.
