A satirical poetry recitation programme was organised by the East Coast Railway on its campus yesterday. The Hasya Kabi Sammelani noticed eminent poets like Hasim Firozabadi, Dinesh Dehati, Braj Kishore Patel, Anand Raj Anand and Ajay Attapatu had the target market in splits with their funny poems. General manager of East Coast Railway Umesh Singh and Women’s Welfare organisation (EcoRWWO) president Madhulika Singh inaugurated the event by lights the lamps.It was a night of poetry stuffed with comic, satire, humour, and irony and it was a memorable match for all those that had amassed there. Besides, additionally they stressed upon the will for extra funny poems, which entertain other people as well as keep them abreast of the social and political issues.
