'Amaravati is hub of resources, opportunities'

AMARAVATI: "The new capital Amaravati is a hub of resources and opportunities for the people to select the city," stated leader minister N Chandrababu Naidu right here on Wednesday.
Interacting with the representatives of actual property builders as a part of the AP Capital Region Development Authority overview, Chandrababu Naidu compared Amaravati city with Chandiarh, Gandhinagar, Navi Mumbai and Naya Raipur in the nation and Singapore and Dubai out of doors. "Chandigarh is only an administrative capital. Other cities have either no foreign investment or lack of connectivity or something else. Singapore and Dubai had water problem. But, Amaravati is now ready with all facilities including the committed and skilled workforce," the Chief Minister stated.

The leader minister invited investments in different sectors in the new capital city promising better beef up from the government and the folk. Giving main points of his imaginative and prescient for the brand new capital, the chief minister stated that town can be carbon dioxide neutral, with electric cars getting used and nil emission of carbon dioxide holding the surroundings blank. While reiterating the Amaravati can be an iconic city, he sought to tell the actual property builders that land registrations and permissions can be performed on-line. "There is abundant land, no scarcity of water. The manpower too is available and the permissions are granted at the shortest possible time," he stated.

"Here you have a whole city to develop which is an opportunity like never before", stated the chief Minister talking on the want for cooperation between the Government and the actual property builders.


The leader minister additional stated that the government "will provide all necessary support and ease of policies within regulations to enable your movement and transport."


"We will percentage our insurance policies with you and you can come up with your tips on extra ideas for the betterment of Amaravati,” the Chief Minister stated.


Municipal Administration and Urban Development Minister, P Narayana, Special Chief Secretary, Satish Chandra, Principal Secretary, Ajay Jain, Amaravati Development Cororation Chairperson, Lakshmi Parthasarathy and representatives of actual property builders like L&T, GVK, Raheja Group, Shapoorji Pallonji, Mahindra Lifespaces among others attended the assembly.


Earlier, APCRDA commissioner, Cherukuri Sreedhar, gave a powerponit presentation on the alternatives to be had in Amaravati.
