GURUGRAM: A 32-year-old bhel puri dealer in Jharsa village has been arrested for allegedly digitally raping a six-year-old woman. After he committed the act on Sunday, the lady’s folks laid a entice and caught him red-handed when he attempted to copy the crime on Monday, police said.
Bundan Choudary used to be produced in a town court and sent to judicial custody on Wednesday.
In her grievance, the lady’s mom said the minor had long gone out to play on Sunday morning. She returned home crying, and instructed her mom that the neighbour ‘uncle’ had bodily abused her. The next day, the lady’s folks sent her to Choudary, and caught him as he used to be making an attempt to take away her jeans. An FIR used to be filed under the POCSO Act and the person used to be arrested on Tuesday.
