The SHO of Mullanpur Dakha police station, Vikramjeet Ghuman, stated the fogeys had submitted an utility to Ludhiana (Rural) SSP and he had gained it two days ago. “We have recorded statements of the two parties and will put up a report to our seniors. Further motion will be taken after the opinion of district lawyer (DA), felony,” he stated.
