Cafe attack case: Mohammed Nalpad gets bail

BENGALURU: The Karnataka top court docket on Thursday granted ail to Mohammed Nalpad, son of NA Haris, MLA from Shantinagar constituency in reference to February 17 cafe attack case.

Justice John Michael Cunha has directed Nalapad to execute a bond for Rs 2 lakhs and two sureties for like sum.


He has been further asked now not go away the jurisdiction of the court docket beneath without prior permission and also not to tamper with witnesses.


Nalpad has spent 116 days in jail after he surrendered on February 19. The City Crime Branch has filed chargesheet in opposition to 9 individuals including Nalpad in relation to alleged brutal attack on one Vidvat, son of a neighborhood businessman.
