NEW DELHI: Mukul, who was killed in the Sant Nagar shootout on Monday, was simplest 16. And his circle of relatives says his life was in danger for over six months. They had despatched him out of Delhi, and had additionally demanded safety for him towards the risk from Jitender Gogi gang.
“He died hours sooner than he was supposed to leave for Sports Authority of India, Sonipat,” said Mukul’s uncle, Pawan, who's a constable posted with Old Police Lines in Delhi.

Mukul’s mom died in 2005 of sickness and his father died in 2016 due to snakebite. Pawan took care of Mukul and his 20-year-old sister after that.

“I move around with a PSO. But even supposing I am a policeman, these men don’t fear the rest. They pass around like vultures and kill anyone they want. Mukul was simplest 16. What harm did he reason them that they pumped 18 bullets into that child? He was a budding wrestler and could have represented India,” said Pawan.

He added that his brother Raju were killed by way of Gogi in 2015. “They have been opponents since faculty. But Gogi isn’t stopping after that,” Pawan said.


Elsewhere, members of the family of gangster Hemraj said he were disinherited seven years ago when he absconded after committing a crime.


Meanwhile, members of the family of gangster Hemraj said that he were disowned by way of his father’s assets seven years again when he planned to abscond after committing a crime. “Our father can’t pay attention or speak. He disowned Hemraj hoping that he would take the precise path. But that didn’t happen and my oldsters went into melancholy,” said Raj, Hemraj’s elder brother. He didn’t touch them a lot of these years, Raj said.


Himanshu, the other victim, informed Mukul’s circle of relatives concerning the incident. He was hit thrice and is in hospital.
