"Still remember the unabashed 'apology' radio ads by Kejriwal after his 49 days gov in 2014. Former Delhi leader minister and Congress leader Sheila Dikshit said no one could lend a hand Kejriwal if he did not perceive the constitutional provisions relating to Delhi.

Dikshit said there was once no hurt in fighting for extra power, however added that it will only be finished thru Parliament.
"If a chief minister does not understand the basics about his state, then I have nothing to say. Everybody has the right to ask for more power, but it has to be by changing the Constitution through Parliament. He can have the powers he is seeking only through Parliament," she added.
Dikshit brushed aside the AAP allegation that the Congress was once siding with the BJP, while a number of political parties were standing through Kejriwal in the ongoing tussle.
"What they are saying is totally irrelevant. We have got our own identity," she said.

"Had the venue been different, perhaps there wud be no need for 'permission'. Rajbhavan is not the place for political hobnobbing. BJP does it all the time & @ArvindKejriwal tried to do it in a convoluted manner. One wrong doesn't make another wrong right (sic)," she tweeted.
Yesterday, the executive ministers of four states ruled through non-BJP parties, including Mamata Banerjee of West Bengal, had attempted to meet Kejriwal, however were denied permission.
