GURUGRAM: A gang of three assailants held a cab driving force hostage at gunpoint, stole his Toyota Etios from Sector 47 and fled the spot.
The incident came about round 11pm on Thursday, when the Ganesh Yadav was taking a sleep in his automotive parked reverse a petrol pump in Sector 47. Three males approached him and knocked at the window. As Ganesh diminished the window glass, one of the crucial accused pointed a gun at him and requested him to unlock the car. As the accused entered the car, Ganesh was driven to the rear seat. They drove the car in opposition to Subhash Chowk and threatened to kill Ganesh if he raised an alarm.
Ganesh was driven out of the car in Mewat. He took assist from passersby and returned to Gurugram. An FIR has been registered at Sadar police station.
