Goa governor tells youths to have at least two children

BELAGAVI: Goa governor Mridula Sinha known as upon youths and scholars to not forestall simply at a single child but opt for a second one. Kids will have to discover ways to share in formative years itself and that is possible if there are a minimum of two youngsters at home, she said.

She said education is neither literacy nor a collection of levels. It’s an everevolving means of finding out which enables one expand his/her perspective.


Sinha, chancellor Prabhakar Kore and vice-chancellor Dr Vivek Saoji awarded gold medals and certificates to rank holders. In all, 49 gold medals were awarded. Degree certificates got to at least one,290 candidates, together with 18 PhD, 12 postdoctoral, 348 postgraduates, 754 undergraduates, 121 PG diplomas, 28 certificate classes, 6 fellowship programmes and three diplomas.
