She lends other people metal utensils for "functions where a lot of plastic glasses and plates are being used by people, which in turn leads to pollution".

How did this concept come? In a Chabeel (In summers, groups of other people serve meetha paani to the folks as a part of their non secular ideals), she saw other people serving water in disposable glasses. She concept that individuals are doing "good job, but risking the environment by using disposable plastic".

She had a phrase with the company which manufactures disposable glasses and plates. She learnt that to make three glasses, one glass water is used that implies via using water, plastic is produced after which after serving water in the same glasses, it's disposed of leading to air pollution.

This gave her idea of crockery bank. She started the bank with 100 glasses and 100 plates. Launched a few days again, her bank now has more than 200 glasses and 150 plates. She mentioned that soon banks shall be opened in all the sectors.

Sameera has a Facebook page (Crockery for Everyone) too for her mission and "friend Dr Aarushi is helping" her.

For any serve as, Chabeel or Bhandara (community dinner party), any person can get the utensils from this crockery bank. All one has to do is talk over with the Facebook page, share programme date and call number. One gets a decision and the needy person must give in writing to the RWA functionary or councillor. And post two ID proofs.
