GURUGRAM: City police have arrested a 40-year-old taxi driving force for allegedly raping and molesting a widow in Mullahera village after forcing access into her area. The woman lodged a grievance of molestation on Sunday against the accused but when she used to be produced in a city courtroom on Tuesday to document her observation underneath section 164 of Crpc, she accused the taxi driving force of rape. Police have added the price of rape within the FIR and arrested accused, who has confessed to the crime. The accused used to be produced in a city courtroom on Tuesday and sent to judicial custody.
According to the police, the complainant a 35-year-old woman from UP, who lives along with her three kids in a rented accommodation in Mullahera village and works as a helper in a factory positioned in Udyog Vihar. In her grievance, she mentioned that the accused compelled access into her area in a under the influence of alcohol state when she used to be drowsing, on a Sunday afternoon a couple of month ago. “He entered my area and molested me when my daughter came into the room checklist to the commotion; he rushed out of my house. Then he just stood on the door of my area and threatened me with a knife. He threatened to kill himself and me. He fled most effective when a few neighbours amassed,” the police grievance stated.
As according to the grievance an FIR has been registered against the accused driving force underneath sections 354 (molestation), 506 (legal intimidation) of IPC at Palam Vihar police station. “In her observation, the complainant alleged that around a month ago, the accused rushed into her area and raped her after threatening to kill her and her kids. We have added section 376 (rape) of IPC within the FIR and are investigating the subject. The accused used to be produced within the city courtroom on Tuesday and sent in judicial custody,” stated inspector Vikram Nehra, SHO of Palam Vihar police station.
