CHENNAI: Residents and small traders at Subbaiah nagar, Ashok Brindavan Colony and Ponniamman Nagar in Iyyapanthangal have suffered from common voltage fluctuations and tool cuts in the previous few weeks, leaving digital home equipment damaged and businesses affected.
