Khaira accused of indulging in doublespeak

JALANDHAR: BJP chief and previous minister Manoranjan Kalia accused chief of opposition Sukhpal Singh Khaira of indulging in double talk via supporting 'Referendum 2020' and professing allegience to the Constitution of India. "It is an open secret that Sikh 'Referendum 2020' has been the brain wave of SFJ (Sikhs For Justice), a secessionist organization with its headquarters in Canada. Will Khaira explain what he means by referendum? By declaring support for 'Referendum 2020,' Khaira establishes his links with the secessionists supporting Khalistan. An attempt is being made to rekindle the nefarious designs of separatism which people of Punjab have already rejected through the so called referendum," he mentioned.

Kalia also asked Arvind Kejriwal to clarify whether or not the perspectives on 'Referendum 2020' expressed via Khaira correspond with the birthday party stand.
