Khyanikaa lauded by audience at screening

Critically acclaimed Odia movie, Khyanikaa — The Lost Idea, was screened at Inox multiplex within the city lately. The movie that have been screened on the IFFI Goa Festival last yr and was the one movie from Odisha could be launched for one display and it was houseful. There were eminent other people like businessman Subroto Bagchi, theatre personality Anant Mohapatra, Odissi danseuse Ileana Citaristi, actress Anu Chaudhury, and the forged and crew of the movie that come with Amartya Bhattacharya, Swastik Chaudhury, Dipanwit Dasmohapatra among others. It was a paid screening and other people purchased tickets in massive numbers, as they didn’t want to leave out the one display being held within the state. Amartya is the story and screenplay creator, director, cinematographer and editor of the movie, which is a fantasy tale of two males, a poet and a painter, claiming possession over the same concept, in a rural village portrayed as wonderland. The movie has made its mark at 12 prestigious world movie fairs across 8 nations.
