JIND: A 42-year-old Jind guy was once arrested for allegedly raping his daughter for twelve months. The case has been registered underneath related sections of the Indian Penal Code.
In her grievance to the police, the survivor, a Class XI scholar, mentioned her father was once forcing her to return from a relative’s wedding in Kurukshetra and he or she didn’t wish to go back. The survivor had an issue together with her father and he or she didn’t wish to go back home, mentioned sub inspector Prem Kumari of Jind women police station, including that she narrated the incident to her maternal uncle and mother. The father had been reportedly raping the woman in the absence of her mother for the last twelve months, mentioned the investigating officer.
The accused has been arrested and will be produced ahead of the court, the officer mentioned. Police have received a 0 FIR from Kurukshetra and matter is being investigated in Jind as crime has came about in the district jurisdiction.
