Man 'murdered' in UP, found in Bhiwandi

MUMBAI: A 35-year-old man from Mira Road trotted out a deviously inventive ruse to get even together with his in-laws for having were given him arrested. Pannelal Yadav, who hails from Maharganj in Uttar Pradesh, was once declared "murdered by his in-laws" in Uttar Pradesh in 2016.
In a curious flip of events, the crime department of Mumbai police gained a tip-off a couple of "murdered" man who was once residing in Mumbai. A bit of investigation led the Mumbai cops to this man.

An officer of the crime department stated that Yadav and some of his shut family had deliberate to get his in-laws in bother by means of accommodation a fake case for having "murdered" Yadav. "More than a month ago, we had were given information that this man who was once "murdered" two years ago in Utar Pradesh was once residing in Mira Road. Our crew, which operating on tracking him down learnt that Yadav was once provide somewhere in Bhiwandi, Mira Road or Bhayander," stated deputy commissioner of police (crime) Nisar Tamboli. "On Sunday, we found this Mira Road resident staying in Bhiwandi."

Police inspector Sanjay Salunke stated that Yadav has showed that he was once declared 'murdered' in Uttar Pradesh. He instructed the police that his in- legal guidelines had lodged a dowry case against him and he have been jailed. "That's when the humiliated son-in-law decided to teach them a lesson," stated Salunkhe. "After his release, he and a few close relatives hatched a plot that he would visit his brother-in-law's house in Maharganj and then go missing. Yadav switched off his cellphone while still in Uttar Pradesh and slipped away to Mumbai. This was in October 2016"


He never communicated with family, stated Tamboli. "As per plan, his relatives approached the police about his "mysterious disappearance" and blamed Yadav's in-laws. They alleged they had murdered him. As the body was not found, they claimed that his in-laws could have destroyed the body," stated Tamboli.


As the local police first of all refused to sign in a criticism, Yadav's family approached an area court docket which directed the police to sign in a murder case against four of Yadav's in-laws.


The Uttar Pradesh police are more likely to arrive in Mumbai on Tuesday to take Yadav into custody.
