MUMBAI: The Mumbai traffic police department is planning to implement an "odd-even" style of parking for cars in congested market spaces, the Bombay High Court used to be told on Wednesday.
The department has filed a sworn statement within the HC on behalf of the Joint Commissioner, Traffic.
