Murder of Coimbatore Central Prison inmate: Explanation sought from warders

COIMBATORE: Prison government have issued memos to the executive warder and two other warders in the Coimbatore Centre Prison where a remand prisoner was murdered by way of his fellow inmate on Tuesday.

M Vijay,19, murdered his fellow inmate M Ramesh,46, by way of smashing his head with a stone, after a quarrel. Both of the them have been lodged in the prison after being arrested in reference to other circumstances. They have been additionally present process psychiatric treatment in the jail clinic.


The jail government have sought an evidence from leader warder Munusamy and warders Saravanan and Adhi Karupasamy.
