NOIDA: Two businessmen had been rescued from kidnappers all the way through a chase in Dadri police station space on Monday night time. The businessmen Siddhartha Jain, a jeweller, and Praveen Garg, material dealer, had been kidnapped in Gurgaon on Tuesday night time when they had long past to satisfy a consumer Gaurav Saini.
Police said Saini refused to clear Rs 20 lakh dues, moderately held the two individuals with the assistance of some goons, and forced them in a black Etios and drove away on the Eastern Peripheral Expressway.
When the auto reached Kot toll plaza to pay toll, the victims kicked the auto’s door and it opened. The toll plaza staffs suspected foul play and knowledgeable police, who began chasing the criminals.
Gautam Budh Nagar SSP Ajay Pal Sharma said the criminals later deserted the auto and the victims in Bulandshahr’s Sikkandrabad space and fled away.
“The two businessmen were safely rescued. We have introduced a search to arrest the absconding criminals,” Sharma said.
