NEW DELHI: Chief ministers from opposition-ruled states, who arrived in the capital on Saturday evening to attend the meeting of Niti Aayog governing council, are anticipated to use the consult with to discuss issues with which they wish to confront the Centre in the run-up to the 2019 Lok Sabha polls.
