NEW DELHI: A 30-year-old man, who had opened hearth and injured a Gurugram-based Japanese company's human useful resource wing head in Haryana, was arrested, police stated on Saturday.
The accused, identified as Krishan Kumar, was arrested on Friday and the police seized a pistol, one reside cartridge and a revolver from his possession, stated Chinmoy Biswal, Deputy Commissioner of Police (south east).
Acting on a tip-off that Kumar can be coming to Kalkaji on Friday, the police laid a lure to nab him.
He was arrested from close to a non-public bank branch on the Outer Ring Road in Kalkaji, the DCP stated.
During interrogation, Kumar, a former membership bouncer in Gurugram, stated that in May, an acquaintance knowledgeable him that he have been pushed aside from the provider in MITSUBA company by Dinesh Kumar Sharma, who was the company's HR.
In order to take revenge, they hatched a conspiracy to kill him, Biswal stated.
Subsequently, on June 7, Kumar together with considered one of his friends Surender fired two gunshots at Sharma close to GITC College at the Tavadu Road in Haryana whilst he was going to administrative center in his car, the DCP stated.
However, Sharma escaped the attack with minor accidents, the DCP stated.
Kumar, who was evading arrest, was making plans to flee to Nepal with the assistance of an agent, Biswal stated.
