Salman Khan was on hit list of Bishnoi gang: Haryana police

Bollywood famous person Salman Khan was once on the radar of the notorious Lawrence Bishnoi gang, which had despatched sharpshooter Sampat Nehra to survey the actor's movements with a view to plan an assault, Haryana police stated.
The special task pressure of Haryana Police arrested Nehra from Hyderabad on Wednesday.

According to the police, Nehra was once working on the directions of the crowd chief, Lawrence Bishnoi, who had threatened to kill the famous person in reference to the blackbuck case.

The police stated Nehra conducted a survey within the first week of May and was once planning another recce in Mumbai ahead of the general assault. The gangster was once planning to flee from the rustic after attacking the actor.

"In the first week of May, Sampat Nehra was in Mumbai and surveyed the house of Salman Khan and the timing when he comes out in the balcony of his house to wave to his fans. He tried to find out the distance to the balcony and had even taken few photographs of the house," stated Deputy Inspector General (DIG) of Haryana STF Satheesh Balan on Saturday.



Nehra, who had been focused on over a dozen instances of murder, extortion, and robbery, had six more other people, including some from a rival gang, on his hit-list.


On April 05, the 52-year-old actor was once convicted and sentenced to 5 years imprisonment after being found responsible of killing two Blackbucks in Jodhpur right through the taking pictures of his 1998 movie 'Hum Saath Saath Hain'.


He was once later granted bail after spending two nights within the Jodhpur Central prison.


Last month, the actor filed a plea for suspension of sentence within the case. His plea will probably be heard on July 17.
