Delhi: Girl pregnant after stepfather rapes her

NEW DELHI: A 14-year-old lady were given pregnant after her stepfather allegedly raped her.

The 38-year-old guy also threatened the teenager and asked her to not inform her mom about it. In 2017, the accused had molested his different stepdaughter, who was 20 years previous. The guy has been arrested and a case has been registered against him.

The lady’s mom married the accused after isolating from her first husband as he was an alcoholic and used to abuse her. She had two daughters from that marriage. The daughters lived with the woman after the second marriage as their father used to overcome them up.

Police mentioned the accused, who worked as a plumber, used to thrash his wife too, but she never approached the police. The lady got here to know about the incident when she discovered her 14-year-old daughter crying in her room on Monday night. She asked her what had happened and why she had now not been speaking to her. That is when the girl informed her about the incident. The lady is 26 weeks pregnant, police mentioned.

In 2017, the person had molested his elder stepdaughter and threatened to attack her if she informed anyone about it. However, she were given a police complaint registered against him and the accused was jailed. After the person got here out of jail, he went back to the family and convinced them to permit him to live with them once more.

Recently, his wife was now not at house when he raped the more youthful stepdaughter. Police mentioned they have registered a case underneath sections 376 (punishment for rape) and 506 (punishment for felony intimidation) of IPC and POCSO Act.
