BANGKOK: Dozens of people are missing after a diving boat carrying 90 other people capsized in rough seas off the Thai tourist island of Phuket, the Phuket administrative center of Disaster, Prevention and Mitgation said on Thursday.
The boat was once carrying 90 passengers when it capsized "half of them were rescued, the operation is still ongoing," it said.
