JOHANNESBURG: Prime Minister Narendra Modi nowadays said he held "wide-ranging and productive" talks with Russian President Vladimir Putin here on the sidelines of the BRICS Summit, and emphasized that the friendship between the 2 international locations was once deep-rooted.
