CHENNAI: A day after six folks had been detained for allegedly drugging and raping a 21-year-old Russian girl in a service apartment in Tiruvannamalai in Tamil Nadu, principal district pass judgement on G Magizhenthi on Wednesday sought a file from police on the record of foreigners staying and overstaying in and across the temple the city.
