MANGALURU/UDUPI: In any other leap forward into murder of house on my own woman Florine Machado, 54 at Kukkundur in Udupi, police have recovered valuables stolen and offered.
Police said that they've recovered gold ornaments which have been stolen by murder accused Mohammed Riyaz. The gold ornaments recovered from the accused are price Rs 1.5 lakh.
Mohammed Riyaz was produced in the courtroom on July 17 after which the courtroom had ordered his police custody for five days. During the additional investigation and in response to the information provided by accused, investigating officer, Joy Antony, and his group went to Sunil Jewellers, Andheri in Mumbai, and recovered the golden chain and pendant from there.
Florine was hacked to death at her house on July 8.
