Kunvarji Bavaliya quits Congress, may join BJP soon

Senior Congress leader and five-time MLA from Gujarat's Jasdan Kunvarji Bavaliya these days resigned from the birthday celebration. State legislative meeting speaker Rajendra Trivedi showed the similar pronouncing that Bavaliya's resignation has been accepted.

According to Gujarat deputy chief minister Nitin Patel, Bavaliya was unhappy with the Congress and would possibly join the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) quickly.


Patel said that Bavaliya despatched his resignation to Congress president Rahul Gandhi as well. "Bavaliya's supporters will also join BJP," said Nitin Patel.


Sources said that Balaviya was unhappy with the Congress' resolution of constructing his junior Paresh Dhanani the leader of opposition.


According to Patel, Bavaliya- who represents the Koli community- will quickly be made a minister. According to reviews of some native channels, Bavaliya might take oath as a minister these days itself.
