SRINAGAR: The bullet-riddled body of a Jammu and Kashmir police constable, who used to be abducted by way of militants from his home in Kulgam district, used to be found at Qaimoh in the same district on Saturday afternoon.
Off late, cops and security workforce on leave visiting their local village had been easy choosing for militants. This is the fourth such incident lately.
Saleem Shah, who used to be on leave, used to be abducted by way of militants from his place of abode at Mutalhama house of Kulgam in south Kashmir on Friday night time. The slain cop, who used to be not too long ago promoted as constable, used to be training at Kathua in Jammu, officers said. He had come home on leave a couple of days in the past.

“The initial investigation into the subject has indicated that it's the handiwork of proscribed terror outfit Hizbul Mujahideen. We condemn such gruesome terror act and guarantee that the culprits shall be brought to justice,” police said.
Saturday’s killing comes a month after a soldier used to be abducted and slain by way of terrorists on June 14 in south Kashmir. Rifleman Aurangzeb of 44 Rashtriya Rifles used to be abducted when he used to be on his approach home to rejoice Eid.
The body of some other police constable known as Javaid Ahmad Dar used to be found by way of locals at Pariwan village in Kulgam, an afternoon after he used to be abducted from a clinical store in Shopian on July 6.
